Weekly Update: UK Search Awards, Catch Ups & Top Tips

It’s been a busy and exciting last week at Kerboo HQ, and it’s not just because we’ve gotten our advent calendars!

We’re edging closer to the end of the year and we’re very much looking forward to 2017! Top Tips & Knowledge Base

1. New member to the team? You can remove and add users easily. If you’re the lead user on the account you can go into Manage Users in the Account Management section of Kerboo, and add and remove users as you need. Please note that different packages have different maximum user numbers. You can also organise a quick onboarding session with your account manager for your new user as training and support is free and unlimited with your Kerboo subscription.

2. Use the tag manager in Outreach & CRM to better manage your contacts, then use the advanced search functionality and save searches to find your contacts more efficiently.

3.  Did you know you could add as many mailboxes as you like in Outreach & CRM? Check out our Knowledge Base articles about adding specific mailboxes.
