Weekly Update: Training, Top Tips & #LAC2016
It’s been a busy week here at Kerboo! Paul went to the buzzing 10th annual London Affiliate Conference, and our development team are working hard on an exciting update to Audit which I’ll be able to provide more details about in the very near future! There have been small further updates completed to the large Investigate Update we had at the end of January. Following the New Year, we’ve seen an influx of new hires, which is not only exciting, but also means we’ve been completing lots of free training on the suite. If you’d like training, or a refresher course, you can email me (Joyce) directly, or book via the website (see the Top Tip below).
Three Kerboo Suite Top Tips
1.Booking on for free training/ refresher course
Need a refresher session, or have new members on your team? Training and support is free and unlimited, so don’t hesitate in getting in touch with your account manager, or by organising a meeting via the Book Free Training option on the site.
2. How to delete profiles from Home
If you no longer need to manage certain profile, it’s possible to delete it from the Home dashboard. Simply select the profile you’d like to delete from the drop down, and click Profile Options, and clicking Delete.
3. Check your progress and activity over time using /history in Audit
In Audit, you’re able to view the progress of a profile by visiting your Profile Control Panel and going to History – here you’ll see credit use and the progress of your LinkRisk score.
London Affiliate Conference
Late last week, Director Paul Madden, ventured to the London Olympia to attend the annual The London Affiliate Conference 2016 (#LAC2016). A packed event, this year was the 10th LAC and the venue had over 4,000 delegates arrive; the biggest LAC event ever!
Running from the 4th February – 7th February the event had a busy schedule with a mix of conference, exhibition and networking slots, with this year seeing the return of exciting features like the dedicated Acquisition zone.

This conference has been known for their buzz-making ways (there’s even this buzzfeed-esque listicle for reference) from crazy giveaways, great speaker line ups and celebrity appearances, and this year was no exception.
We’re already looking forward to #LAC2017!
