Weekly Update: Top Tips, Audit Season Review & brightonSEO
This week we have three new suite top tips which details how to transfer profiles, provides a use-case for the sample report functionality and how your team can use Investigate together to review links faster.
Three Kerboo Suite Top Tips
1. If you’re the Account Holder, you’re able to transfer profiles to any of the other accounts within your team.
To transfer Profiles to any of the other accounts you’re linked to, simply select the profile you’d like to transfer and clicking on Profile Options on the Home dashboard.
2.You can utilise the Sample Report functionality as a sales/prospecting tool
Without using too many of your account’s credits, the Sample Report will let you see the state of the website’s SEO, giving you an indication of what needs to be actioned to improve their LinkRisk score.
3. Make investigating sites quick and efficient by having your whole team work on Investigate together
Investigate is part of the suite that was built with teams in mind; allowing you to have as many people working through your Investigate list as you’d like. There’s systems in place which means that there is no duplication i.e no two people in the team will view the same URL. There is also accountability; you are able to view who investigated a certain URL and how they’ve tagged it. There’s also a comments section for additional notes you may have to add to these links.
