Introducing Investigate 2.0
Just over a year ago we launched Investigate as one of the first products to turn LinkRisk from a product to a platform. Today we are releasing the next version of Investigate, the combination of months of research, development and testing.
This complete rewrite of investigate changes the product from an addon to Audit, to something in a class of its own.
You can import data directly into Investigate either by pasting a list of links or domains, importing from an Audit list or importing from a Peek tag.
One of the most important features of 2.0 is that you can import ALL your unlisted sites from Audit on a daily basis, perfect for anyone with daily imports from WMT, Ahrefs or Majestic enabled.
Investigate quickly and easily facilitates the creation of automated workflows to take sites from both Audit and Peek and manually review them before passing these opinions back to the originating app seamlessly.
Our new investigate screen is incredibly fast, we’ve replaced the ✔ and the ✘ with tags and these are customisable on a per account or per profile level. That means that if you are doing a manual review of some of the links in your Audit profile you can use the default tags but if you are using Investigate to give an opinion on sites for link building, discovery or any form of outreach you can change these tags for that profile only and tag things in whatever way makes sense for the task at hand.
Using a combination of keyboard commands, you and your team can quickly investigate thousands of sites. You can now ditch shared Excel workbooks and URL openers and race through hundreds of sites an hour directly in your LinkRisk account. By utilising multiple teams members at once you can literally manually review thousands of sites per hour quickly, accurately and efficiently.
Exports and rules
With our advanced Export system, you can assign tags to actions on our other products, enabling a synchronised workflow throughout the applications and for those monthly reports, a CSV export is provided.
The feedback during the beta period has been fantastic and the uses of this system have not been limited to reviewing sites as a potential risk, with our flexible tagging system we’ve seen uses such as;
- Affiliate site approval
- Outreach suitability
- Team work assignment
- Site categorisation
Here is an introduction video to show the app in action.
We hope you enjoy this release
