Daily new link alerts and spying on your competition
For a while now we have been working on ways to make sure that LinkRisk not only allows you to audit all your links in one go but provides you with a way to monitor what new links you gain on a daily basis.
With the launch this morning of our ahrefs daily import integration we can now boast that you can: –
- Link your MajesticSEO account and pull in new links daily
- Link your Ahrefs account and pull in new links daily
- Link your Google Webmaster Tools account and pull in new links daily
(we are still waiting on Moz 🙁 )
This means that once everything is connected you will get a daily email if our systems have detected new links from any of these data sources and you have the chance to update your disavow straight away.
No longer do you have to worry that someone in the company has gone off and started building links without permission or that a competitor has started throwing links from Fiverr at your domain. You no longer have to worry that some guy in china with an Adsense account has found your content and decided to scrape it for the ad revenue, we will alert you and you can turn those links off via the disavow instantly.
The concern previously was that the first time you became aware of someone doing any of the above was when Google sent a warning in your Webmaster Tools account and applied the dreaded link penalty.
Now flip that around and imagine if you can set this up for your competition. Obviously you cannot get their Webmaster tools but you can link your MajesticSEO and ahrefs data for their domain. If they do an outreach project or launch some great new content you will see the links they get, youll see the effect it has and you can learn from their successes and their mistakes, in real time.
More great features coming in the new year, 2014 is going to be a big one for LinkRisk…
