Hello from Kerboo
As today marks the end of our #almostsummercelebration, it’s fitting that we’ve saved the biggest announcement till last.
Just over two years ago, we launched LinkRisk into beta at BrightonSEO. Back then Audit was our only product and although it was at an early stage, the uptake was instant with over 3000 beta signups in just a few short days.
We hit the ground running with features for Audit (known simply as LinkRisk then) with Majestic, WMT & Ahrefs direct integration, Daily Automated Imports, New Lists, Disavow Management and many others. We’ve also have several algorithm updates (known as Dances) which have kept Audit up to date and ahead of the curve with it’s competitors.
We’ve launched Investigate (then Investigate 2.0),
Outreach which then became Peek, Rankings, Home, API and Monitor (then Monitor 2.0) and looking at our development plan for 2015 and beyond, we’ve got plenty more stuff to come!
About a year ago it started to become apparent that we were not just an Audit tool anymore, we’d become a platform that is a key part of daily life for hundreds of websites, agencies and companies around the world.
We’d outgrown the name LinkRisk and so the long process began of finding a name, after months and months of searching and negotiation, close calls and frustrating offers. We found and acquired a name that we love and will grow with us as a company.
We are Kerboo
We’ve still got the LinkRisk score and our products will stay the same initially (you may even spot a LinkRisk logo somewhere that we’ve missed) but with a new name comes a new goal and some new fresh ideas and although our #almostsummercelebration is over, Kerboo has just begun.
